Return, Exchange, Cancellation, Refund & Shipping Policy– Schon Makellos®
At Schon Makellos®, our commitment is to provide you with top-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. This ‘return and exchange’ policy is tailored to address concerns related to non-customized Schon Makellos products, such as Faucets and accessories. Please review the policy details below:
- Return Eligibility:
Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer two options:
a. Exchange: If the product is deemed defective, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the same or a similar non-customized product.
b. Product Repair: In cases where the issue can be resolved through repair, we will arrange for the product to be fixed by our skilled technicians.
- Refunds for returns will not be provided, as this policy is focused on exchanges or product repairs.
- Products eligible for ‘return and exchange’ are limited to non-customized items, including Faucets and accessories.
- The ‘return and exchange/repair’ request must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt is required for all returns.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a ‘return and exchange,’ please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@schonmakellos.com. Provide your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- All ‘returns and exchanges’ require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. (which will be provided to you once we receive your query).
- Exclusions:
- This policy is applicable only to non-customized Schon Makellos products, excluding custom-made or personalized items.
- Exchange requests for used items or products purposefully harmed will be rejected.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for ‘return and exchange’ shipping costs for items which will be conveyed once the RMA form is submitted.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for returns will not be provided, as this policy is focused on exchanges or product repairs.
- Timelines:
Exchanges and repairs will be processed normally within 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds:
We may provide Refunds in the event of:
- Cancellation by Customer within 24hrs when the order is placed ,prior to the shipment of the products ordered / purchased.
- If the order is cancelled by Schön makellos under some circumstances.
- Return of one or more products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for Return.
Refund of amount paid :-
If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, (Will be reflected in next statement) within 5 to 7 working days. If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is any significant delay in processing your order.
Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, it typically takes 4-7 business days to ship. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates, and while we aim to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal delays.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Schon Makellos is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice any mistakes in your order details, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged Items:
We take great care to securely package and promptly ship your items, but accidents can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by offering a replacement or, in cases where repair is possible, arranging for the item to be fixed by our expert technicians. Damage of External Packaging
On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, customers are requested to verify the quality/quantity of the products against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy is noticed in the packet, customer can either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. In such cases, the customer is requested to either call or email us intimating us on the issue. Photographs of the delivered product may also be sent to us. We shall handle such issues directly with the respective courier company.
In case you have refused to accept delivery of the consignment, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received in our warehouse, we will cancel the order and we will refund the money in your banking account.
International Shipping:
